WOCOO AI Subtitles provides automated subtitle translation services using artificial intelligence technology.

• Flat-rate pricing per language regardless of file length
• Preview functionality before purchase

3. User Accounts

Use of the translation service requires registration. Users must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.

4. Credits and Pricing

Credit System

Translation services are purchased using credits. Each credit allows one translation to one target language.

Credit Expiration

Credits never expire and remain valid indefinitely.

Credit Consumption

Credits are consumed when a user downloads a completed translation. Preview functionality does not consume credits.

5. Refunds and Withdrawal

14-Day Withdrawal Right

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal pursuant to Austrian and EU consumer protection laws.

Full Refund

If no credits have been consumed, you receive a full refund of the purchase amount.

Non-Refundable Credits

Credits that have been consumed are non-refundable.

Partial Refunds with Discount Clawback

When you purchased credits at a volume discount but request a refund before using them all, consumed credits are recalculated at the rate for the quantity actually used.

Calculation Method:

1. Determine original purchase amount
2. Count credits actually consumed
3. Calculate value of consumed credits at the tier rate for that quantity
4. Refund equals Original Amount minus Value of Consumed Credits

This ensures volume discounts only apply to the quantity actually used.

6. User Obligations

Users agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Upload only content they have rights to translate
• Not attempt to circumvent technical protection measures
• Not use the service for illegal or harmful content
• Maintain accurate account information
• Report any security vulnerabilities discovered

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content: Users retain all rights to their original content and translated outputs.

Our Technology: WOCOO retains all rights to the translation technology, algorithms, and service infrastructure.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

WOCOO provides AI-generated translations which may contain errors. Users are responsible for reviewing translations before use.

• Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• We are not liable for errors in AI-generated translations
• These limitations do not apply to damages caused by intent or gross negligence

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Austrian law. For business customers, the place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.

Consumer rights under mandatory provisions of the consumers residence country remain unaffected.

11. Amendments to Terms

WOCOO may amend these terms with 30 days advance notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
